Cleaniness, breakfast and friendly staff.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from Taksim Square. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful bathroom that had a jacuzzi and shower combination. The hotel staff was very helpful, providing me with a free adapter and even walking me to a nearby store when I needed to buy a gift. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of hot and cold options. The hotel also had a gym with treadmills, exercise bikes, and weight machines, a nice bonus. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.

The best thing about the hotel was its courteous and helpful staff. The room was also quite pleasant and the jacuzzi bath was great!

I did not like the fact that the turkish baths were not included in the price.... this is false advertising. Additionally I did not realize there was no swimming pool, if I had, I would have booked elsewhere

Be ware of bed size when booking. The wi-fi connection was a bit random and weak on my floor.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, situated on a quiet pedestrian street just off the bustling Taksim Square. The peaceful atmosphere made for a relaxing stay. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the room service to the bell staff, everyone was friendly and accommodating. The amenities in the room were excellent, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel also offered a variety of leisure facilities such as a spa, sauna, and Jacuzzi, which provided the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring.

We chose The Central Palace Hotel after a long search for a hotel near Taksim and we picked this hotel based on the reviews and pictures,but when we got there we found that is exceded our expectations .The hotel was classy with a great location just a few minute walk to Taksim & Istiklal street. The hotel manager and all the staff was wonderful, kind,friendly and very helpful.The room was beautiful ,clean with a nice view and the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a large variety.Overall,everything was amazing and we would like to thank everybody for their great service.We honestly recommend this hotel for who is looking for the best and for sure The Central Palace Hotel will be our choice for the next visit to the lovely city of Istanbul!
